President Obama signed comprehensive health care reform legislation into law on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.  The new law significantly impacts employer-provided benefits, and The Council established the Health Care Reform Information Center as a tool to help you and your clients navigate through complex issues in the new regulatory environment.  This information will evolve along with upcoming regulatory clarity, and we will keep you posted of significant developments as they occur.

Below are the archived Council materials from the Health Care Reform battle through Congress.

We at The Council are engaging with administration officials, members of Congress and industry allies to preserve the employer-based system and underscore the value brokers serve in the current system.  But help from you and your company may be critical to our efforts.

The following resources are posted for you, your employees and your clients to use in efforts to influence the debate in Washington and urge your representatives to oppose a government-sponsored plan.  This page will be updated regularly with Council activities and tools for your efforts on the ground.
