FAME Ambassador Program
An important component of FAME’s mission is to encourage our
members to get in front of those studying to be our future insurance industry
leaders. On university campuses across the country, insurance brokerage firms
are extremely under represented leaving thousands of insurance students unaware
of the opportunities available in the industry. In 2011, FAME created an
Ambassador Program, comprised of volunteers from CIAB member firms, to further develop long-term
relationships with the faculty and students at each FAME host school.
Goals of the program include:
- Starting an ongoing dialogue with faculty and students
- Identifying needs of all parties
- Strengthening our presence on campuses
- Promoting the brokerage industry as a viable and exciting career choice
