The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB)
The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers is the premier association for the top regional, national and international commercial insurance and employee benefits intermediaries worldwide. Council members are market leaders who annually place 85 percent of U.S. commercial property/casualty insurance premiums and administer billions of dollars in employee benefits accounts. The Council also continues to expand its international reach, and currently 20 percent of its members are headquartered outside the U.S. Based in Washington, D.C., The Council fosters relationships industry-wide by engaging lawmakers, regulators and stakeholders around the world to promote the interests of its members and the valuable role they play in the mitigation of risk for their clients.

The Council of Employee Benefits Executives (CEBE)
The Council of Employee Benefits Executives was formed in 2001 to serve as an advisory board to help steer The Council’s benefits-focused advocacy, networking and business intelligence offerings.

The Council of Insurance Company Executives (CICE)
The Council of Insurance Company Executives is comprised of more than 70 of the top commercial insurers and is a standing committee of The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers. Collectively, CICE carriers underwrite more than three-quarters of the nation's commercial business insurance premiums. CICE's principal mission is to co-host the three annual Leadership Forums that connect the leaders of the commercial insurance marketplace – the CEOs of the top insurance carriers and the leading executives from the top one percent of agencies and brokerages. The Leadership Forums offer our members the opportunity to build successful business relationships that last a lifetime and provide a series of unique educational opportunities geared toward agents and brokers.
