Vladimir Gololobov is the vice president of international. He is the primary contact for more than 40 internationally headquartered Council member firms and is responsible for cultivating, managing and strengthening relationships with those members. Gololobov most recently served as senior business strategy advisor at the U.S./Saudi Arbian Business Council. Prior to that, he worked as project manager at the U.S. Coalition of Service Industries (CSI). Gololobov has a master’s degree in English and German Languages from Russia’s Kemerovo State and a master’s degree in International Trade Policy Studies/Commercial Diplomacy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
