FRONT & CENTER ON CAPITOL HILL

The Council’s annual legislative fly-in connects insurance brokerage leaders with key members of congress who are making decisions that impact their business and industry.

February 1-3, 2027

ABOUT THE LEGISLATIVE SUMMIT

Our longstanding Legislative Summit is an opportunity for our members to connect with the senators and representatives that have a seat at the table for important discussions related to commercial insurance. Our Government Affairs team creates a true D.C.-insider experience, with opportunities to learn more about the most pressing issues facing our members and their clients in 2026, including healthcare reform, tax policy and financial services regulation.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • All Council members who are interested in the association’s legislative agenda and advocacy initiatives that support the brokerage industry
  • Council members who meet annually during the Legislative Summit (Board of Directors, Council of Employee Benefits Executives, and Legal Counsel Working Group)
