Broker Smackdown is a 2.5-day competitive simulation, designed to give high-potential, emerging leaders a broader view of insurance brokerage operations. During this in-person competition, participants enter a computer-simulated insurance market, learning by trial and error how their decisions impact financial, operational, and sales outcomes.

Firms are encouraged to send a team of emerging leaders (high-potential employees or those with less than 5 years of experience in leadership or management positions) to any competition. Titles of past participants include:
Event Registration: $2,250 per person.
This program is available exclusively to Council member firms. Meeting registration cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $200 processing fee. Any meeting cancellations received after 30 days prior will not be refunded any portion of their registration fee.
