Beth McMahon joins The Council from Choice Hotels where she served as Director of Human Resources since 2019. She previously served in human resources leadership positions at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, the real estate group B.F. Saul Company, Au Bon Pain and Crestline Hotels & Resorts. She is skilled in aligning talent management initiatives with business needs including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, talent assessments and training programs.
