Luca Vallada is The Council’s PAC Manager. A Washington, D.C. native, Vallada graduated from the University of St Andrews in Scotland in 2019 with a degree in economics and geography and graduated from University College London with a Master’s degree in Environment, Politics and Society in 2020. At The Council, Vallada supports the work of the Government Affairs team and assists with the administration of CouncilPAC.
