Olivia Mills

Olivia Mills is The Council’s Project Management and Creative Services Associate. A Maryland native, Mills graduated from Hamilton College in 2020 with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Communications. Before graduating from Hamilton, she completed her undergraduate thesis entitled, “‘This Isn’t Chiraq. This Is home. This Is Us:’ Media Framing in the Construction of Victimhood.” At The Council, Mills supports the Marketing & Communications team by managing and coordinating both internal and external workflows and assists the Creative team in branding, design, and production.
