Allyship in a Corporate Setting

Being an ally to marginalized communities is a lifelong process that involves an ongoing personal commitment to do hard work. In this webinar, activist and webinar facilitator Tracey L. Rogers introduced the concept of “allyship” by defining and providing examples/terminology on what it means to be an ally, described how to transition to allyship “in motion” as an individual promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within a corporate setting, and provided tools and encouragement for corporate-wide allyship initiatives within communities and as stakeholders in society.
