COO Working Group Meeting Recap Fall 2024

COO leaders gathered November 6–8, 2024, in New Orleans for the inaugural COO Working Group meeting. Sessions reviewed findings from the 2024 Operations & Performance Benchmarking Survey, covering organizational growth, staffing, and budget trends. A strategic planning workshop addressed accountability and change management, while additional breakouts covered cybersecurity, employer branding, technology integration, and P/C market developments. The meeting established the working group under chair Aimee Kilpatrick of Cadence Insurance.
