Marketing & Communications Working Group Meeting Recap March 2024

Marketing and communications leaders from Council member firms met March 6–7, 2024, at Council HQ in Washington, D.C. Day one featured a stakeholder exercise exploring client experience and innovation opportunities. Day two highlighted a session by innovation strategist Larry Robertson on building organizations that thrive through uncertainty. A working group panel then shared practical frameworks for developing user personas and strengthening the alignment between sales and marketing teams for more effective brand storytelling.
