The Council has joined the Partnership for Employer Sponsored Coverage (P4ESC) and a broad coalition of over 50 organizations in a letter to the Secretaries of Treasury, HHS, and Labor regarding the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process. The coalition expressed growing concern that the current operation of the IDR process under the No Surprises Act (NSA) is undermining affordability and weakening protections for those with job-based health insurance.
