About the Working Group

The portfolio of a Chief Operating/Operations Officer within commercial insurance brokerage varies greatly based on firm size, footprint, client base, etc. Still, COOs share many of the same challenges and have limited opportunities to connect with colleagues who truly understand the complexity of their role.
