ABOUT THE OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP FORUM

The Council’s annual Operations Leadership Forum (formerly the Operations & Working Groups Forum) gathers C-suite brokerage executives and departmental leaders for 2.5 days of professional development, brokerage-focused breakout sessions and social events. The program features: 
  • High-level discussions with industry peers who have similar roles/titles during Working Group meetings 
  • Breakout sessions centered around brokerage, on topics like M&A, AI, and data security 
  • General sessions to stretch your thinking and offer new perspectives 
  • Networking events to build relationships with colleagues 
The Operations Leadership Forum offers a platform for senior leaders to bring forward challenges they face in their everyday roles, draw from the collective knowledge of their peer group and discuss emerging trends that may impact brokerage operations.
