A seasoned insurance regulatory and public policy leader, Ms. Stringer has more than 20 years of legislative, regulatory, and executive branch experience. She served as the NAIC’s senior staff representative on Treasury’s Financial and Banking Information Infrastructure Committee and to the Cybersecurity Forum for Independent and Executive Branch Regulators to ensure coordination on regulatory matters of mutual interest.

Ms. Stringer started her career in the U.S. Senate, where she worked for ten years, in a range of senior policy roles holding positions on the Senate Appropriations Committee for Ranking Member Cochran (R-MS), the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Ranking Member Collins (R-ME), and in the office of Senator Collins (R-ME). While on the Senate Appropriations Committee, Ms. Stringer served on the Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee, as well as the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Subcommittee.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Stringer enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and daughter and cheering on her daughter at the soccer field.
