Broker Smackdown is a 2.5-day competitive simulation, designed to give high-potential, emerging leaders a broader view of insurance brokerage operations.

During this in-person competition, teams of four enter a computer-simulated insurance market, learning by trial and error how their decisions impact financial, operational, and sales outcomes.
