UK insurer Allianz is now offering a cyber insurance product after they partnered with Pentura, a cyber risk management firm. The product is aimed at commercial customers and will offer them “the assistance that they need to improve their digital security and the guidance and coverage they require if a data breach occurs.”
According to Allianz technical risk manager, Andy Miller, “we are continuously looking at ways to manage the emerging risks which present challenges to our customers and we recognize that cyber security is a real concern for many businesses. I’m delighted that through our new partnership with Pentura, we can provide policyholders with access to expert advice and discounted cyber risk management solutions.”
