The Foundation’s Apprenticeship Program

The two-year apprenticeship program combines on-the-job training with virtual classroom learning, mentorship, and an education degree plus industry designation in one seamless pathway.

Participating Firm’s Commitment

  1. Interview and hire pre-screened, vetted, ready-to-hire apprentices.
  2. Provide on-the-job training and assign a mentor to the apprentice.
  3. Allow time for academic coursework.
  4. Pay for the cost of the apprentice’s professional designation.
  5. Provide program feedback.
