Presented by top experts from the National WWII Museum in New Orleans, this session will draw connections between high-level problem-solving and strategic thinking from WWII leaders, and current challenges in today’s complex business environment. Attendees will come away with creative approaches they can use to coach their teams back home and solve challenges within their own firms.

Industry Innovation Blitz

This interactive workshop is designed is to inspire leaders to examine inefficiencies within brokerage firms and challenge how the business operates.

Participants will establish a baseline knowledge of a deliberate, systematic approach to innovation, and will work collaboratively to determine how different technology-based solutions could potentially resolve and/or alleviate stress and friction.
