Leon Scott is The Council’s Email & Marketing Specialist, supporting the Marketing & Communications teams. Prior to joining the Council in 2024, he spent six years working as an Emmy-nominated television writer and producer at WUSA9, Washington DC’s CBS affiliate. A native of Fredericksburg, VA, Scott graduated from Hampton University with a B.A. in Graphic Design. He lives in Washington, DC
