Scott Sinder is a Partner of the Washington, DC-based law firm Steptoe & Johnson, LLP, and is Chief Legal Counsel for The Council. Sinder oversees The Council’s legislative and regulatory work on a wide range of issues affecting insurance agents and brokers. Sinder received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, his M.P.P. from the University of Michigan Institute of Public Policy Studies and his A.B. from the University of Michigan.
