On February 16, the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYSDFS) issued a final version of its cybersecurity rule, requiring insurance licensees to establish and maintain cybersecurity programs. The rule went into effect on March 1. This webinar took a deeper dive on the rule and discussed compliance issue related to the rule.
