On Tuesday, July 25, the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Treasury (the Departments) issued Proposed Rules that, if finalized, would implement recent statutory changes to the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 (MHPAEA) passed in the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 2021 and CAA of 2023.
