San Antonio-based SWBC Insurance Services will soon be offering businesses cyber liability coverage.
SWBC will be partnering with Lloyd’s of London to put together “an exclusive program that will cover a range of liability issues stemming from cyber attack on a business.” According to Shannon DeLaune, Co-CEO of SWBC Insurance, “cyber liability is becoming a necessity for virtually every company in our technology-driven world. Surprisingly, small and mid-sized companies are more likely to be breached than their large counterparts, yet they are less likely to carry cyber insurance.”
