Beecher Carlson plans to improve its proprietary cyber liability and data breach response policy, CyberSelect, by introducing a new cyber business interruption calculator called CyberSelect BI Vision.
CyberSelect BI Vision will be a cloud-based tool designed to help “project maximum foreseeable loss to business income at one or more key locations, by network or division, in the event of a cyber-related disaster,” and will be compatible for “companies with simple, centralised networks or complex networks situated across multiple divisions and geographies.”
The calculator will collect pertinent financial information and calculate an estimated business income exposure specific to the organization’s locations and applications.
