Cyber week has arrived and how everything will play out in the coming days hinges on the Rules Committee. Amendments for the House Intelligence and House Homeland Security committees bills were due on Monday, of which dozens were submitted.
The content of the bills continue to change with House Homeland leaders proposing to reinstate “good faith” back into their bill which had been removed to please Democrats, while House Intel leaders are proposing to remove “good faith” from their bill, like Homeland had done in markup.
