The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company (HSB) is launching a help desk service in its CyberOne insurance product, which is meant to help small and medium businesses recover from cyber attacks.
HSB vice president and counsel Timothy Zeilman stated, “With cyber attacks increasing, it’s getting harder for a business to respond. Many computer viruses, however, don’t rise to the level of a major cyber attack.
