The Magnolia State and Gem State earned praise “for adopting standards like the NIST Cybersecurity Framework rather than relying on locally developed plans.” Those rounding out the bottom of the list included Vermont and Utah, which both “barely mention cybersecurity in their IT plans at all.” For all of you who were wondering, Alaska is the one state that does not produce a IT strategic plan.
