This evening, President Trump issued an Executive Order directing the agencies to waive, defer, grant exemptions from or delay the implementation of any provision or requirement of the ACA that imposes any cost, fee, penalty or regulatory burden on any individual, health care provider, health insurer or purchaser of health insurance (among others). It is now left to the agencies to effectuate the order.
Any suggestions on provisions we would like to see waived or delayed are welcome.
