Cheryl Matochik, senior vice president of Strategic Resources & Initiatives at The Council, sat down with Mike Cormier, head of Sales and Business Development at Risk Match, a Software-as-a-Service company (SAAS), to discuss a product Risk Match is offering to brokers of all sizes.

Through machine learning processes, Risk Match filters and structures data from Agency Management Systems to give brokers high-level insights into trends about their organizations. This helps brokers see cross-selling opportunities to grow their books of business and track revenue changes within their books of business in order to identify where to focus their sales efforts. “We hope to use data provocatively to be able to provide our clients with either workflow efficiency or ways to point them towards new clients,” Cormier said.
