Recently, WRIN.tv spoke with Nancy Gray, a Regional Managing Director of Aon Insurance Managers, about major concerns discussed at the annual National Risk Retention Association (NRRA) Conference in Chicago.
Gray broached the topic of NRRA concerns by explaining the ways in which the insurance industry has become increasingly complicated due to the presence of more complex contemporary risks. Gray addressed a main issue many Risk-Retention Groups (RRGs) face in struggling to retain coverage in a seller-competitive soft market. Additionally, increased regulations have put an added pressure on RRGs to respond sufficiently and promptly to government demands.
