Patrick Silvey is the Help Desk Associate at The Council, where he assists the IT (Information Technology) team in making sure everybody has all the necessary technological hardware and software

Nick Lozano is The Council’s Director of Technology. He is responsible for The Council’s IT infrastructure. Lozano joined The Council June 2011 after serving as a Software Engineer at Accenture.
